Life in Australia


Australia is a country in the Southern Hemisphere comprising the mainland of the Australian continent the island of Tasmania, and smaller islands in the Indian and Pacific Oceans.
This country is a prosperous developed country with a multicultural society. It ranks highly in many international comparisons of national performance such as human development, quality of life, health care, etc.
In Australia, there are many different species. Marsupials are the most sucessful group in Australia.
The Kangaroos are one example of marsupials. Its are large and inhabit forest and bushland in this country. Its have large hind legs, a strong tail, small forelegs and long ears.
